Learning And Development Manager

Have you got experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials? What will your day look like?

In the role as Learning and Development Partner you will be responsible for overseeing and driving complex People projects focused on enhancing employee learning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. The main focus will initially be implementing the Learning Management System Docebo and establishing a new approach to global, local, and departmental onboarding. Hereafter, you will prioritise the following projects in collaboration with the Director of People Experience.

Your tasks will include:

  • Develop and implement a Learning and Development strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of the Learning Management System Docebo, ensuring successful adoption and integration across the organisation.
  • Establish a new approach to global, local, and departmental onboarding that is engaging, effective, and consistent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify learning needs and design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet those needs
  • Help create a framework for how we work with Organisational Development
  • Through your work ensure the People team are seen as Partners to the organisation

Who are you going to work with?

You will report directly to the Director of People Experience, but you will collaborate extensively with department leads across the organisation to work on organisational development initiatives. You will be a part of our newly founded People function, working closely with the Talent Aquisition team.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's- or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) projects on time, within budget, and with measurable impact on organisational performance
  • Strategically strong with the ability to develop and communicate a clear vision for L&OD initiatives and inspire others to execute it.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
